Hi i think your betta fish is infected first of all you point out all of your fishes fins and body if any white or brown spots are seen then clean up the hole tank this is fungal infection and those bacteria is spread in hole tank i think so please clean everything with potassium permanent solution except fishes then wash those stones and fish house and aquarium with clean water.
