Betta Fish Dead Or Sleeping
So i need to know how you can tell.
Betta fish dead or sleeping. Because bettas can t close their eyes it s easy to mistake death for sleeping. My betta fish has always been very active and when i come home he swims back and forth like he s really excited. My fish appears lifeless as it sleeps like all fish so how can i tell when he s sleeping or if he s dead.
I m usually not gone that much and when i came home monday my fish looked dead. The past 10 days i have been gone every 3 4 days and then i return home to feed my betta. The reason i want to know is because i feel bad for him because every time he is sleeping i poke on the tank to make sure he isn t dead.
