Betta Fish Has Bubble Over Eye

My betta has like red bumps on his eye and looks swollen.

Betta fish has bubble over eye. She s not quite a year old i bought her when she was an estimated 11 weeks in the first photo you can see the cloudy spot in her eye not the best picture i m sorry and in the second picture you can see that it s slightly raised out of the eye. If you notice your fish has unilateral popeye if your fish has only one affected eye then it may not be an infection of any kind. My beta fish has something wrong with his left eye.

It looks like it s swollen and like a bubble has formed over his eye. If the fish is being kept in a bowl then change all of the water but in either case make sure to use dechlorinated water that is the same temperature as the water being discarded.
