Betta Fish Hiding In Corner Of Tank
Well ive had my red crowntail betta for about a year and half now.

My betta fish just stays in the top corners of my tank which by the way is a 5 gal tank. And yeah your tank is a bit overstocked 8 neon tetra is probably the maximum in a 30l tank. On the other hand if you have an absolutely bare tank your fish may hide behind the filter because it is the only option.
